At the age of 32, weighing 360 lbs. and relying on a walker, I embarked on an extraordinary journey of self-discovery and personal transformation. Through unwavering dedication, I shed a remarkable 109 lbs. in 18 months, reclaiming my health and rewriting my own narrative.

The carnivore diet became my compass, guiding me towards a new life filled with boundless energy and vitality. With each step forward, I witnessed the remarkable resilience of the human body, surpassing limitations and defying expectations. From conquering mountains to hiking over 6 miles, my once-impossible dreams are now my exhilarating reality.

My impact extends beyond my personal transformation. Armed with over a decade of expertise in physical therapy, I am also a Tiny Habits Certified Coach committed to empowering others on their journey to wellness. Fueled by passion, my mission is to assist individuals in uncovering their inner strength, conquering obstacles, and reclaiming control over their lives.
